After qualifying as a Chartered Management Accountant in 1998 I embarked on a successful career in industry that gave me the opportunity to work with some great businesses and some great people across the FMCG, Food and Agricultural sectors.
In 2023 I suffered a head injury as a result of a cycling accident. What followed was a long period of recovery and the loss of a vocation I had worked so hard for and that gave me a true sense of enjoyment, fulfilment and satisfaction.
Whilst recovering I had the time to reflect, re-evaluate and to think about how I rediscover the enjoyment, fulfillment and satisfaction you can only get from doing something you truly love.
I have always had a natural drive and an unwavering belief that you can always be better at what you do, and for me, being better and knowing I had made a positive difference was the source of enjoyment, fulfillment and satisfaction.
nenegate is all about making a positive difference, put simply it's about helping individuals and organisations be better at what they do. Central to this is recognising and leveraging the human factor to make it happen, something, that in my Finance Director and Business Transformation Director roles, was often the difference between success and failure.
With a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Coaching for Behavioural Change from Henley Business School along with 30 years of management, leadership and industry experience I feel uniquely placed to make a positive difference to individuals, teams and organisations through helping them to create better connections, grow in a positive way, achieve long-term sustainable transformation and ultimately succeed.
